1. Before buying, please let me know what type of phone you have and which design you would like(tell me the number of the design you like,attach a photo or describe what you'd like on your case/what theme you'd like..) and I will give you the price. 2.Clear case cost is included in the price.
3. 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
I won't start to work on the order until deposit is received. This initial deposit is NOT refundable.
I had some customers in the past that requested custom item but never contact me after the item was made or didn't buy it because of their financial reasons. Please understand I spend hours to decorate each and every case. Customers are responsible for the balance of custom items.
I will send you a paypal invoice for the deposit whenever you are ready. Please provide me with your email address.
Again, initial deposit is NOT refundable.
4.I order a clear case as soon as receiving the deposit. It usually takes 3-7 business days for the case to come in and another 4-7days for the case to be decorated and ready to be shipped. It may take longer if I have high volume of orders.
5. Once the case is made, I will send you an email with pictures so you can check out how it came out. Paypal invoice for the remaining balance will be also sent, please take care the balance from there.
6. Package is shipped via USPS first class mail service WITH TRACKING NUMBER AND INSURANCE for US buyers. It takes 3-5 business days within the U.S, 7-14 days for overseas delivery.
TRACKING NUMBER AND INSURANCE ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BROKEN OR LOST PACKAGES IF THE PACKAGE IS NOT INSURED.
